On the same Settings page, under "Access permissions for events", check "Make available to public" and select "See only free/busy (hide details)". This allows the embed to work while keeping your event details private.

If your Outlook is through a company or school (Microsoft 365), go to Outlook Web App → Calendar → Share → Publish to a web page. The process is similar — publish and copy the HTML embed URL provided.
Go to app.aiautomated.app and sign in with the email and password DCC provided you.

Go back into your calendar settings → Availability tab → adjust or remove the hours for that day → Save. Changes take effect within minutes. No need to contact DCC.
Mentees will only see the hours you set here as available for booking. No external calendar connection is required. If you ever want to connect Google or Outlook later for automatic syncing, follow the Google or Outlook sections above.

This depends on how far ahead you add availability to your calendar.
Yes! Simply don't add availability for those dates, or remove existing availability from your DCC Mentoring calendar.
The embed link allows your upcoming sessions to display directly on your Mentor Dashboard — giving you a live view of your schedule without leaving the portal. It's a one-time setup and your calendar details remain private.
Just generate a new one following Step 4 above and email it to [email protected]. We'll update it in your dashboard right away.
Simply go to your DCC Mentoring calendar and delete or adjust the availability block for that day. Changes reflect in the booking system within a few minutes. No need to contact DCC.
